Intellectual Property

We have retained full rights to all of our products and technologies, which are protected by five U.S. patents, three issued and two pending. Two of the issued U.S. patents, which have also been issued internationally, cover the formulation of anti-cancer drugs dissolved in water-miscible, tumor-penetrating, organic solvent vehicles for intratumoral use, as well as the method for using these drugs in cancer therapy. Two other patents that have been accepted in Australia and are pending in the U.S. and internationally, are broader in scope: one covers the formulations of therapeutic agents dissolved in tissue-penetrating, water-miscible, organic-solvent vehicles for intra-tissue use; the other covers the method for using these drugs in the palliation of disease and injury. We have also received a U.S. patent (pending internationally) for an apparatus and method for precise delivery of fluids to target tissues.
